Step down into the cellar and you’ll find a relaxed games room: darts for a quick match, a billiards table for slower evenings, and a small selection of regional wines you can open if you’d like (available for purchase).

In the garage there’s an EV charging station, plus two electric mountain bikes if you feel like exploring.

Ground floor

On the ground floor, you'll find the heart of the house: a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to both terraces.
It includes:

A dining table with six chairs for relaxed meals
A gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, and a classic italian coffee machine
Next to the kitchen, the spacious living and dining area invites you to unwind: A large oak table with eight chairs – ideal for shared dinners, work, or board games

A comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV, and a fireplace for cozy evenings (please use with care) This floor also features a bathroom with shower and toilet – practical for everyday use.

The villa is stocked with the simple, useful things that make a stay easy—cleaning basics, vacuums, nothing overdone.

First floor

Upstairs, you'll find a bright bathroom with a shower, toilet, and two sinks.
This floor includes three bedrooms:

The master bedroom with wooden floors and a decorative fireplace (for safety reasons, please don’t use it).
A second bedroom with a cozy double bed and garden view.
A lovingly furnished children’s room with: A bunk bed (top bunk fits two small children)
- A single bed
- A sofa bed
- A baby crib and a travel cot

Whether you’re traveling with kids or simply need extra sleeping space – this floor has you covered.

Pets are welcome; there’s a dog bowl ready (we just ask you help keep things tidy).

Outside

Outside, there is a large terrace with seating and two sun loungers where you can enjoy the view of the vineyards and spend cozy evenings with a glass of wine. There is also a barbecue, a pizza oven and a table tennis gear for a casual game.

The entire property is about 5000 square meters in size with plenty of space to relax and for children to romp around.

The centerpiece is the pool of 9x4m size and 1.5m depth, which also offers a great view of the vineyards.
